Welcome to Blackstep. The Terms and Conditions are an agreement that applies to your usage of our site and services, even when buying our T-shirts. In visiting our site or utilizing it, you agree to be bound by these terms. In case you do not agree, then do not use our services. These terms may be amended by us at any time, and they may come into force as and when they are posted; failure to do so means that we are continuing with the previous terms.

Blackstep or our licensors own all the content on our site, such as the images, text, and designs, and are subject to the intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, issuing, or altering any material without prior written permission. Ordering is based on the availability of products, or we can cancel the order when the product is not in stock, and give you back all the money. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and could be revised without any prior notice, but orders that are confirmed will be subject to the price at invoice.

Checks are made using secure gateways. Your signature is that you are authorized to use the given payment method. Orders are only confirmed, and we strive to deliver immediately. On delivery, title and risk of loss pass to you. Blackstep is not liable for delays caused by unexpected events such as natural disasters or problems with carriers.

You do not consent to use our site in an illegal manner, such as to spread malicious code or to violate the rights of others. We can withdraw access on violation. The reviews and other user-created content provide us with a non-exclusive right to use this content on promotional grounds. We expressly disavow warranties to the greatest extent allowable by law; goods are sold as we find them, although we maintain standards of quality.

Any direct damages are limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not bear indirect losses. Another point is that disputes are subject to the laws of India, with the jurisdiction in the Delhi courts. In case one of the provisions is invalid, the rest still stands.
