Refund policy

Blackstep has been aiming to ensure total satisfaction on every purchase. To ensure that it is easy and friendly to the customers, we have come up with our Return Policy that will enable you to shop. In case you are not completely satisfied with your T-shirt, you can return it within 7 days of delivery and get a full refund or exchange, though the product should be in its original state, never worn or washed, and should have all the tags on it. This policy applies to all orders, and it covers such things as wrong sizing, production errors, or just a change of heart.

To initiate a return, first log in to your account on our site and choose the order. Complete the return request form and state the purpose, and we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please wrap up the item and add it to the original invoice. To our Indian customers, we provide free shipping in the form of returning the products through our partnered courier service; one has to drop it off at the specified location or order the courier to pick it up.

After the returned item arrives, our staff will check it off within 3-5 working days. They will be refunded in the same form they were initially paid, and the process normally takes 7-10 business days. Another size, color or style is being exchanged; it is processed in the same fashion, and the new product is delivered on the first occasion of the new product being received. Incidentally, personalized or custom-printed T-shirts cannot be refunded except in case of defects. We do not receive returns on final sale marked items.

Whenever you have any damaged or incorrect items sent, please contact our support team in time with photos to salvage the situation. The point is that we are trying to solve these problems without having to pay back. You have no statutory rights in the field of consumer protection that will be influenced by this policy. In the case of bulk orders or wholesale buying, different terms can be used- please contact us in advance.

We also advise that to reduce returns, you need to read size charts and descriptions of products that you need to order before making a purchase. Blackstep is committed to sustainability, and uses products that are in good condition are either resold or donated to decrease waste. The satisfaction of our customers is our objective, and this policy shows how we believe in fair and efficient service.
